Shipping & Exchanges
We currently use UPS and USPS for shipping orders. All orders ship within 5-7 business days, or as stated in preorder promise date. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as it ships so that you can stalk you mail carrier.
**PLEASE NOTE: If order has any preorder items, the entire order will ship on the preorder date.
If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. Contact your local postal service and they will be able to assist you.
Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges Only: We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition Requirements: Items must be in new condition, with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for items that do not meet these criteria.
- Size Availability: While we will do our best to accommodate your exchange request, we cannot guarantee that the size you desire will be available. If your preferred size is out of stock, we will offer you an alternative.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.
